Proper Preparation Promotes Perfect Performance! Proper preparation begins with our initial contact with YOU. We are available 6 days a week, by phone, by email, live chat, text message, facebook, instagram, thumbtack, google, yelp, hellotech, puls, and more. Once we are connected with you, WE ARE EXCITED to hear how we can help! After all, it IS what we love to do and we started our own service to DO IT BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE FOR YOU! We take the time to understand your wants, your needs, and what is unique to your situation. By asking the right questions and in the right order, we can quickly ascertain the complete scope of products and labor needed to bring your idea to life! Once we have estimated your cost, and scheduled your appointment, we will contact you on the day of your appointment with a method of contact of your choosing (phone call, text message, email, etc) to inform you of our arrival time and to confirm your order for accuracy one more time. Once we arrive to your installation address, a polite greeting and we follow your lead to the installation area. On site, we consult with you on the products and installation procedure of each to set appropriate expectations and answer any final questions before we make your idea, reality! During the installation, we protect your property with drop cloths, shoe covers, and and clean up/consolidate installation debris. Sometimes, plans change, if so, we are ready! We can inform you of any changes to the scope of work or products as needed and it is up to you to proceed as always! In some cases we can drive out for locally accessible product substitutes for TV mounts, HDMI cables, Sound bar mounts, etc. as needed same day to complete necessities of your project. Once your installation is finished, our technicians will walk you through operations and features of your TV, smart apps, sound system, universal remotes etc, as well as where you can learn more! We accept many forms of payment, such as cash, check, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and secure online invoicing with Quickbooks. Lastly, we ask that you share your TV mounting, smart home, or Home Theater project experience with others to support Colorado's small businesses!
