Projection Home Theater in Centennial, CO
This client had a basement theater in their home near Cherry Creek Reservoir and had not been updated for more than 10 years. We replaced their 4:3 ratio square screen with the new 16:9 Grey wide screen format, same as todays TV's. Grey projection screens are excellent for enhancing contrast in rooms with unsatisfactory light control. Also replace the AV Receiver/Amplifier with a new Yamaha RXA4A to support HDMI, 4k, Bluetooth, and Airplay. Finally this system received a new LG HU810 4k ceiling mounted projector
OLED TV Home Theater in Aurora, Colorado
This is one of many home theaters we have completed in partnership with a basement finishing contractor over the past 4 years working together! During the basement finishing process, after framing was completed, we decided upon the LG OLED C3 77" TV and ran speaker wiring to appropriate layout locations to support Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 Surround Sound. After drywall was finished and painted, we installed in wall and in ceiling speakers, a subwoofer, and mounted the TV. After carpet was installed and theater seating added to the room, we calibrated the surround sound system to be optimized for the acoustical characteristics of the room and specifically to the primary seating positions.

This project was part of the clients basement finishing process. In this system, the client received an edgeless 110" projection screen with LED backlighting, in wall and in ceiling speakers to support Dolby Atmos 5.1.2, Sony VPLVW295ES ceiling mounted projector, a Definitive Technology in wall subwoofer to conserve space in the room, a Yamaha RXA680 7.2 Channel Surround Sound Receiver, but that's not all! This client wanted the equipment out of sight, so all wiring was ran to the basement mechanical room, where it was installed into a professional AV equipment Rack and controlled with a Logitech Harmony Elite Universal remote control!
